PDF and DOCX Report​

Executive Summary Format

  • Executive overview with key metrics
  • Vulnerability summary by severity

Detailed Format

  • Complete vulnerability inventory
  • Technical details for each finding
  • CVSS scores and risk assessment

How to Export​

Export from Scan Results​

  1. Navigate to the scan results page

  2. Click Export in the top right

  3. Choose format:

    • PDF Report
    • Docx

  4. Select Include Details options:

    • Full vulnerability descriptions
    • HTTP requests/responses
    • Remediation guidance
    • Screenshots and proof of concept
    • Compliance mapping

  5. Click Download

Troubleshooting​

Report Generation Issues​

Issue: Report generation fails

Solutions:

  • Check data is available for selected time period
  • Verify filters are valid
  • Ensure sufficient memory for large reports
  • Try smaller date range

File Download Issues​

Issue: Downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete

Solutions:

  • Try different format (PDF vs DOCX)
  • Disable browser extensions
  • Use incognito/private mode
  • Try different browser
  • Check available disk space
